• Air pump (electric or hand-held)
• Double-sided tape, Scotch tape, or Sticky Tack
• Curling ribbon

Transportation Tip: This balloon kit comes fully inflated and ready to assemble. Because of the large quantity of balloons, it cannot be transported by standard vehicles. We suggest opting for balloon delivery at checkout.

To Assemble:

• Step 1: Find your focal point on the wall and attach the Gold Fringe Curtains so they meet at the point.
• Step 2: Attach the Silver Number Balloons, centering them across the curtains.
• Step 3: Place the Champagne Bottle AirLoonz on either side of the curtains.
• Step 4: Complete the look by scattering the Confetti Balloons so that they fall naturally on the floor.
