• Air pump (electric or hand-held)
• Double-sided tape, Scotch tape, or Sticky Tack
• Balloon weights
• Curling ribbon
• Scissors

Transportation Tip: This balloon kit comes fully inflated and ready to assemble. Because of the large quantity of balloons, it cannot be transported by standard vehicles. We suggest opting for balloon delivery at checkout.

To Assemble:

• Step 1: Find your focal point on the wall and attach the Black Foil Fringe Curtains so they meet at the point.
• Step 2: Layer the Happy New Year Balloon Phrase over top, centering the letters across the curtains.
• Step 3: Create two 9-piece bouquets of Happy New Year Star Balloons and anchor them on either side of the curtains with balloon weights (sold separately).
• Step 4: Place a Star Cluster AirLoonz under each star balloon bouquet.
• Step 5: Finish the look by scattering the Confetti Balloons and remining Happy New Year Star Balloons across the floor.
