Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

- Personalized or Custom Items (including customized yard signs and banners)
- Opened Balloon Packages (due to potential damage and hygiene concerns)
- Seasonal or Holiday Items purchased during clearance sales
- Cardboard Standees that have been assembled or displayed
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
Received a damaged item or wrong product? We’ll make it right immediately!
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damaged item or incorrect product
- We’ll ship replacements immediately at no cost to you
- Return shipping for incorrect items will be prepaid by us
🌍 International Returns
Since we serve customers worldwide (except Asia and select remote areas), international returns follow the same process. However, customers are responsible for any customs fees or international shipping costs associated with returns.
